A peaceful adults-only country house in Plitvica selo, surrounded by gardens, green meadows and our friendly farm animals. Within walking distance of Entrance 3 to Plitvice Lakes National Park, our house is a quiet base for exploring the waterfalls, lakes and forest trails of Croatia's most famous national park.

Our spacious double rooms are simply and carefully kept, with comfortable queen beds, air conditioning, private bathrooms, free WiFi and a tea and coffee maker. Some rooms open onto a balcony with garden or landmark views, and every stay comes with a warm personal welcome and local tips for visiting the park.

Guests enjoy free private parking on site, free WiFi in all rooms, air conditioning, room service, non-smoking rooms and a tea and coffee maker in every room. Outside there is a garden, a terrace and an outdoor seating and dining area with a gazebo, and we offer private check-in and check-out, a 24-hour front desk and an airport shuttle on request. The house is adults only, soundproofed and set entirely on the ground floor.
